Fibre Wi-Fi networks for buildings

Wi-Fi travels on fibre

We bring fibre to every room where we switch on Wi-Fi, for a full and stable connection.

01 The network

It all starts from one point
Every room has its own line

Usually several rooms are served by a single device that shares its bandwidth among every connected device. We bring a dedicated fibre to every room.

Speed
Scale model of a building: four fibres leave a single point, one per room, and every room is lit the same

Speed is not shared

Every single room gets fibre and its own Wi-Fi access point, so full bandwidth arrives even when everyone is connected at the same time.

  • Every room has its own cable and its own Wi-Fi
  • What happens in the other rooms does not slow down the ones next door
  • The first and last rooms on a floor run at the same speed
Services
Scale model of a room: a single fibre comes through the wall and brings light to the television, phone, access point and door lock

One cable, four services

Internet, TV, telephone and building systems run on the same fibre, so a single installation replaces four.

  • Each service travels separately from the others
  • With fewer cables and devices, the network has fewer chances to fail over time
  • The whole installation is managed from a single point
Installation
Scale model of a finished, tidy room: a very thin fibre runs along the skirting board and up the corner to the access point

Invisible, made-to-measure technology

The fibre is a thin transparent strand fixed to the wall or laid in existing conduits, with no trunking and no invasive work.

  • Installation is scheduled around the hours available
  • A fibre network suits sensitive cases such as historic buildings or places with environmental restrictions
  • Once the site survey is done, the work plan is simple to organise
Distance
Scale model of a group of buildings: from the main building one fibre reaches the furthest building, while a copper cable stops almost at once

Ten times further

A copper run stops at 90 metres, fibre reaches 950. A single cable from the main building reaches every other building in the complex.

  • The same cable also powers the device
  • No intermediate racks or switches to power along the way
  • When new technology arrives the fibre network stays, only the devices change

02 About us

One point of contact:
from site survey to final testing.

We follow the network ourselves: we design it, supply the materials and carry out the final testing, and for the installation we work with partner crews that we coordinate.

  1. 01Site surveyWe measure signal and speed in every room
  2. 02DesignWe trace the fibre route and define materials and timing
  3. 03SupplyWe provide devices and materials in a single offer
  4. 04InstallationWe work with partner crews, out of hours too

03 Questions

What people ask us
before the site survey?

  1. It depends on how many rooms need connecting, how the building is made and how the network has to be configured. After the site survey you receive a quote with a separate line for each activity.

  2. Surface installation is quick: no chases to cut, no walls to close up, no drying times. We work out the exact schedule, step by step, based on how your building is made.

  3. No. The fibre is a thin transparent strand fixed to the wall or laid in existing conduits; there is no dust and no demolition, so the rest of the building keeps working.

How the fibre is installed →
  4. The fibre distribution does not switch off, because it uses no electricity: power is needed only by the central devices and the access points. During the site survey we can plan a UPS to protect the network from a power cut.

  5. Fibre has a lifespan of around 20 years. When a new generation of Wi-Fi arrives, the access points and router are replaced and the fibre stays where it is.

  6. No. Every access point is part of a single network managed by the central device, which hands the connection over as you move. We measure this handover in every room during the final testing too.

Let's start
with a site survey.

We visit the building, measure the existing network and leave you the results.
