Voice concierge for hotels and hospitality

The concierge that doesn't live on a phone

AURA is already on the bedside table, on day and night. Guests download nothing and scan nothing: they speak to it in their own language, and it answers.

App or voice

An app to look for
or a voice in the room

A guest service works only if guests use it. Every extra step, downloading, signing up, looking for the right option, is a reason to give up.

An app or a code to scan

It has to be downloaded, or opened from a code displayed in the room
It often asks for a sign-up before answering
It is used from the phone: at night that means finding it and switching on the screen
The answer has to be found among menus and pages

AURA on the bedside table

It is already in the room and always on
No sign-up and no code to scan
It is used by voice, in the dark too, without switching on the light
It answers immediately, in the guest's language

Questions come at any hour

Guest requests do not follow reception hours. They come before breakfast, when there is one person at the desk, and they come late at night. Guests with a question at midnight often do not ask it at all.

AURA is on day and night. It answers even when reception is closed, and no question is left waiting during shift changes.

In the guest's language

AURA understands and answers in the language of whoever speaks to it, with natural pronunciation, place names included. Foreign guests ask for what they need as they would at home, without searching for words in Italian or English.

For a property with an international clientele it means offering the same welcome to everyone, even at the hours when nobody at the desk speaks that language.

A conversation, not a menu

Guests talk to AURA as they would to a person. They can interrupt it while it answers, and it stops to listen. There are no commands to learn and no phrases to say in a certain way, and the answer comes immediately, with no waiting.

The property's services, at the right moment

Restaurant, spa, late check-out: AURA offers them when the guest feels like it, in the middle of the stay too. Paid requests reach the staff ready to be fulfilled; with the Business plan guests order by voice and the amount goes on the room bill.

AURA also recommends restaurants, nearby events, transport, the city's shops and experiences. The recommendations are chosen by the property, and partner venues are always declared as such.

What changes at the reception desk

Repeated questions, such as breakfast times, the Wi-Fi password or the way to the centre, no longer go through the desk. The staff deal with the requests that need a person, which come from AURA and stay tracked until someone closes them.

The full path of a request is described on the page how AURA works.

The device: nothing to buy

The in-room devices are not bought: they remain Auralink's property and are included in the fee, together with installation and maintenance. The property ties up no capital and can stop the subscription whenever it wants.

  • If a device breaks we replace it, at no extra cost
  • The devices are renewed on a minimum 36-month cycle
  • Installation in every room takes a few days

  2. Yes, as with a person: AURA stops and listens to the new question.

  3. Auralink does. It is included in the fee together with installation and maintenance, and if it breaks we replace it at no extra cost.
